System Upgrades
Receiving a Titan Crane inspection report puts you in a position to make the most educated decisions about your equipment. The digital photos on CD-Rom we supply allow you to see problems first hand without getting dirty.
Owners can print multiple copies of inspection reports or email them to supervisors or the maintenance department.
Ultraviolet hook testing is available to detect cracks before they are visible to the naked eye.
Our inspection reports are confidential and identify code violations as well as potential problems preventive maintenance can fix.

OSHA 1910.179 J-3 Periodic Inspection. Complete inspections of the crane SHALL be performed at (1 to 12 month intervals) … depending upon its activity, severity of service, and environment. … Are you in compliance?
Save money and lives. Catching a problem before it exists is invaluable. A wire rope wears under an equalizer sheave rapidly because it never moves. A worn brake can be adjusted before it fails. An oil leak can cause a load brake to seize. There are numerous .
ways crane owners can make their equipment last longer and safer. It all starts with an examination of the equipment.
Annual inspections are not only required by OSHA, but can add years to the life of your cranes. Small problems can quickly turn into large headaches. But it’s easy to act like an accident can never happen.
Our annual inspection for a local steel distributor caught this kind of small issue. A 5-ton wire rope hoist had the rope’s dead end secured by a pin. That pin was held in place by a snap ring. That snap ring stretched and almost fell off. Soon the pin would have worked free and unexpectedly dropped a load of steel.
Safety in Mind? It is your responsibility to know the condition of even your smallest hoists.
